How do you get your listings?
Focus on the Family has made a commitment to vetting each and every resource on this database. We want to ensure you can confidently reference any of the resources to your clients.
How do I search to find resources?
First enter the city or zip code. Once you have entered the location you can either select a category or simply search ‘all’.
The results that show can be viewed in a list or on a map view.
- Start by entering in the city or zip code.
- Then select the one or more categories of need, or simply search all.
- After clicking search, you can further customize your results by distance, services, and hours.
- Each listing has the latest information, hours of operation, directions and services available.
What if there are no listings in my state?
We are working on adding locations and hope to have your state included soon! If you have suggestions for great resources that should be listed, feel free to share those with us.
How much does this cost?
Free for the first 12 months! After the first 12 months it is only $20 a month.
Why do I need to provide a credit card if it is free?
To complete the setup, you must supply credit card information, but you won’t be charged until month thirteen, and you can pause your account at any time.
Why isn’t this free forever?
There are costs to ensure that the resources are vetted and continuously updated. There are technology updates needed to maintain the software and our license agreements.
